- We build to the screen spec. Odd ratios, curved arrays, multi-panel walls, low pixel pitch — we ask for the technical drawing before we design a frame, because content built for a 16:9 assumption fails on a 12,000-pixel-wide wall.
- We have stood in the room. Our team has operated live shows. That experience shapes the content: legible at distance, safe for the lighting state, and forgiving when a segment runs long.
- Last-minute is expected. Programmes change on rehearsal day. A name is spelled wrong, a sponsor is added, a segment is cut. We plan for revisions on site rather than treating them as exceptions.
- One supplier for the whole visual package. Animation, filmed content, AI-generated sequences, and live playback come from the same team, so nothing falls between vendors.
How an Event Project Runs
- Technical brief. Screen dimensions, resolution, pixel pitch, playback system, and the run of show.
- Creative direction. Look, motion language, and how the visuals support the programme rather than compete with it.
- Production. Content built at native resolution against the confirmed run sheet.
- Technical rehearsal. Everything tested on the real screen, on the real system, before the audience arrives.
- Show day. Operation, live adjustment, and hand-over of final files afterwards.

Common Questions
How late can we make changes?
Later than most suppliers allow. Name corrections, sponsor additions, and running-order changes are normal on rehearsal day and we staff for them. Structural creative changes need more notice — tell us as early as you can.
Do you supply the LED screen itself?
Yes. We regularly work as the visual content supplier under an event agency or production house, and we are comfortable operating inside someone else’s production.
What if our content is not ready in time?
Tell us early. We would rather build a simpler version that works than deliver an ambitious one that fails in rehearsal. We will always give you a realistic cut-off.
Do you cover events outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, throughout Malaysia and for regional events where travel is arranged in advance.
