How a Shoot Runs
- Scope. Deliverable, location, duration, and the crew and kit the project genuinely requires.
- Recce. Location assessment, power and access check, and permissions where the site needs them.
- Prep. Call sheet, schedule, and equipment confirmed in advance.
- Shoot. Executed to the agreed shot list, with footage checked on location before wrap.
- Hand-over. Backed-up, organised media delivered — or straight into our post team if you want the finish handled too.
Common Questions
Can we hire crew only, without post-production?
Yes. Plenty of clients take the footage and edit in-house or with another partner. Media is delivered organised and backed up.
Is the studio available on its own?
Yes, studio space can be hired with or without our crew. Tell us what you are shooting and we will confirm whether the space suits it.
What is involved in drone work?
Commercial drone operation in Malaysia requires approval, and restricted airspace — near airports, government buildings, and certain urban areas — needs clearance in advance. We build permission timelines into the schedule, so tell us the location early rather than on the shoot day.
How much does a shoot day cost?
It depends on crew size, equipment, and location more than on hours. Send us the brief and you will get a specific figure, not a range.
Do you shoot outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, throughout Malaysia. Travel, accommodation, and equipment transport are quoted separately.
